FIX FOUR : Monitor driver update

Important: Go to the laptop manufacturer's website or your laptop help page if the issue is with a laptop. You will receive links to download all the necessary drivers. to install all drivers involved with displays. I use an LG 22MP68VQ Monitor in my situation. Additionally, LG offers an OnScreen Control program for it. This makes it easier to control the Monitor's brightness, refresh rate, and other settings. If the monitor driver file is in.exe format, proceed to step 2. After that, you may immediately run and install it on your laptop or computer. But if it's an INF file, you may update it with the device manager. 

Utilize Device Manager to update the monitor driver 

Step 1. Open Device Manager.

Press Windows + X keyboard shortcut.
Click on Device Manager.

Step 2. In Device Manager, click on monitors to expand.

Step 3. Right-click on Generic PnP Monitor driver and then click on Update driver.

 

 

The most recent driver for your display will now be found by Windows and installed on your computer.

The optimum drivers for your device may already be installed, though, according to Windows.

In that instance, do as follows:

Step 1: Reopen the Generic Monitor Driver's Driver Update window.

Note: If you have a driver file, then select by clicking on the “Have Disk” option and then click on Next to install.

Step 3. Mark the “Show compatible hardware” option. And, If your monitor driver appears in the list, then select it and install it.
